Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the Returning Hearts Celebration at the Louisiana State Penitentiary, known as Angola. You are in for an amazing time!

Returning Hearts Celebration is a fun and spirit-filled annual event where children and their inmate fathers can begin to allow God’s healing and reconciliation in their lives.

As a volunteer you will have the opportunity to devote your time, energy and servant’s heart to helping the children of inmate fathers. This unique mission opportunity partners you with Lifeline Global and the Angola Prison staff. You become an integral part of the team that brings children and their fathers together for a day of celebration and sharing God’s love for them.

We need over 600 volunteers to make this special day happen. Please invite your family, friends and church family to volunteer with you! They can sign up by visiting the Lifeline Global website, www.lifelineglobal.org.

NEW THIS YEAR! EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT! This year we are offering an early bird rate of $110.00 through Sunday, March 15, 2020 for those coming on Friday/Saturday. (Registration and mission fee must be received by Sunday, March 15 to qualify for the Early Bird Rate.) After that the mission fee goes up to $135.00..

For those coming on Saturday only the rate is $40.00.

NOTE; From time to time circumstances that are beyond our control happen, such as a weather event, that could cause a cancellation or postponement of the event. Because of this, we recommend that you consider travel insurance for your trip to Angola for the Returning Hearts Celebration.
